Shipping:All Products sold in the website may not be in stock for a specified time.

Online Pharma Shop usually ships within 2 days. Europe shipments are made the next day via DHL Worldwide Express and USA shipments are made through EMS  in 2 days time. The cause of 2 days waiting for USA orders is payment clearence.

Please do not forget that if you have paid by e-check or bank wire transfer or western union; it may take longer to clear the funds. and so making the shipment.

For any reason; if the good can not be supplied o shipped to the country or customer; it will be declared to customer.

After shipment; online tracking number is provided to each customer, with the website address which online tracking is made.

Returns:

Returns are made if and only the products shipped are out of their shelf-life; which means that the medicines expiration date is near than 6 months. Online Pharma Shop can not guess if the medicine is bought to make stock; or use after buying. That\s why; Online Pharma Shop will act as the medicine will be used in a short period. If a customer wants to send back the medicines and have a refund; this is accepted but customer pays for the shipping fee. And gets a full(1) refund after arrival of the medicines back to online pharma shop.

1: Full refund is described as the first shipping fee and medicines price. it is NOT included the sending back shipment fee.

Refunds:

Refunds are made if and only the products sold are out of their shelf-life; which means that the medicines expiration date is near than six months. In some circumstances; shipping back of medicines can be asked for refunding process. In this case; as in returns; refund is made after the medicines get back to online pharma shop and the amount of first shipment and product price is paid back to customer. Refunds does NOT include second (sending back) shipment fee.

Export Restrictions:

Online Pharma Shop does not needs any prescription to supply or ship the goods. But in a customers country; there may be a custom problem if the customer has not a prescription to declare if it is asked. Please keep in mind that you do not need a prescription but might need. In such a condition; Returns and Refunds policies are subject to apply.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be cancelled before the shipments are made. Cancelling of orders which are shipped are subject of refund and returns policies. A customer can cancel his/her order anytime but before the tracking information is given.
